Raymond E. Fowler, a premier authority on UFOs uses his investigative skills and research this to reveal the mechanisms behind time slips. He is in in a unique position to do this as he, and his family, have experienced this unsettling phenomenon. Samples of these are recorded in the book. Confronting the mystery of time slips was no easy task for Ray and he soon realized that Time Slips, like Churchill’s posit of Russia are “A Riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.”

His research uncovered unlikely connections that contributed to his unmasking of the phenomenon. These included UFOS, OBES, Near Death Experiences, Psychometry, Remote Viewing, Past Life Experiences, the Block and Holographic Universe theories and even top-secret studies on time travel by the CIA.

The UFO/NDE connection involves persons who experience missing, contraction of, and dilation of time. UFO Abductees and NDErs are shown past and future events from their lives by mysterious robed beings.

Ray also documents that OBEs have a connection with slips in time. He reveals how audio experiments by Robert Monroe called “hemi-Sync” alters one’s state of consciousness to escape the confines of Time and Space. He documents how the CIA recruited Stanford Research Institute to test the “Hemi -Sync” process. Its successful use resulted in highly classified remote viewing espionage projects by the CIA that are documented by Ray.

When Tik Tok discovered a declassified version of the CIA experiments in 1983, it revealed that humans, in an altered state of consciousness, triggered by Hemi-Sync, were able to experience past and future events since they all existed in wave form and projected simultaneously due to what is known as the Holographic Principle. This Principle declares that matter is an illusion and that the universe, including us, are a 2D projection from a massive black hole that captured the initial creative waves of the Big Bang.

Ray shows how our central nervous system is a reference beam that receives and reconstructs the projection of the two-dimensional waves into the 3-dimension holographic reality we experience today. The brain, like a television receiver, evolved a default mode that rejects all but transmitted linear events of present time. This limits human perception to events one experiences as now. However, Ray demonstrates that there are certain outside catalytic connections that cause the brain to temporarily move backward or forward from the projected waves causing persons to experience what he names as Coalescing, Regenerating, Embedded and OBE time slips.
