WOW! This book is beyond incredible beyond words. It takes you on a real-life journey through ups and downs. There are layers of challenges, mystery and thrills all wrapped into spirituality. Every chapter leaves you wanting more. I read this book in 48 hours because I was unable to put it down. Emotions flow through each chapter; joy, sadness, laughter and tears. The way the author wrote this book to bring each character and circumstance to life is absolutely amazing. The message, meaning and communication throughout the book is unlike any other you’ll ever read. I’m looking forward to another book by this author.

So many great stories of how people healed and became their true selves through the love and grace of God and others and learned to love and forgive themselves. It showed the humanity of all of us, but that we have the ability to work and to heal. Taught that we have to trust others and learn to love and accept ourselves. Loved reading about all the familiar areas of St Augustine. Reminded me of the difficult and loving work that therapists do, giving so much of themselves to help others.

This book is so BRAVE! The author tackles tough topics and human experiences with love and grace. Anyone who has ever experienced trauma, loss, grief, or questioned if they have a purpose should read this!

This was such a good book! Lillian’s story was an engaging and realistic blend of her life experiences, client sessions and biblical truth. The author is passionate about sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ in a compassionate and welcoming way. I appreciated learning more about therapy techniques too and she explained them well. Reading about the clients Lillian reflected on made me stop and think about events in my own life. It is refreshing to read a book that has such purpose and is so well-written and interesting. I will be recommending it to others!

I consider myself a recovering Catholic. This book was recommended to me by a friend and it has changed my perspective on religion. It has reignited my faith and desire to deepen my relationship with God! I’m so grateful!

My wife suggested I read this and I found it so moving and heartfelt. I enjoyed how the recollection of her clients lead back to one theme. It’s a story of brokenness and redemption.

I have read this book several times now and I just love it! I had never before read a book that includes romance, suspense, spirituality, and therapeutic techniques all in one and it was so intriguing and thought provoking. If you’ve ever considered therapy but not yet taken that leap, this book does a great job of introducing you to that world in a non-judgmental, educational, and entertaining way. There are some hard topics in this book and the author navigates you through it with respect, gentleness, and class. I also loved how short the chapters were! It made it such a quick, enjoyable read. Overall, the message of this book is amazing and I can’t wait to see some more from this author.

I have never read a book like this before! Not only is it a suspenseful and moving love story, but it is full of actual therapy techniques that open you up to the world of mental health in a welcoming, intriguing way. If you’ve always wanted to try therapy but never made that step, this book could be a wonderful way to introduce you. This author covers very deep and uncomfortable topics in such a respectful and tasteful way. I have already read this book multiple times and will be recommending it to all of my people. Can’t wait for the next book!
