In every mother, there is hidden courage that is unchained when her child is endangered.

In the small town of Paris, Arkansas, a woman, whose husband, a Marine, is on a Tour of Duty in Afghanistan, and her small daughter are kidnapped by a mentally deranged man. He takes them to his property located among the isolated forests near Mt. Magazine. He plans on torturing and killing them. The mother and daughter escape into the forest where the mother has to use her wits, not only to avoid the madman stalking them but also to survive long enough to find safety.
