Elaine Jordan has worked closely with Steve at The Next Level for the past 15 years. As the Director of Training Development, she focuses on developing training programs for clients. Prior to joining The Next Level, Elaine enjoyed a successful 20 years in sales and sales management, then transitioned her field experience and knowledge into the classroom, delivering sales and operations training in banking and finance.
