EVERYONE GOES OUT TO EAT! Have you ever wondered what it really takes to get that flawless meal to your table? To have that ultimate dining experience?

This is a parody of life behind the scenes. True accounts of the reality of a restaurant that spanned almost two decades in the colorful and historic city of Mobile, Alabama. Real people who each in their own unique way added to the “flavor” of every story. It takes a special person (ok – somewhat crazy) to choose this life as a profession. You will laugh as you meet them all.

If you work in the industry, you will more than relate to these situations, have quite a few laughs and bond with these characters. If you don’t, you will come to understand “everything you ever wanted to know about the restaurant business” and maybe shouldn’t have asked. (TMI?)

Either way, enjoy the ride through restaurant world. These stories have not been altered a bit. Because sometimes TRUTH is better than fiction and For Real… You can’t make this s*** up!
